We Corona And Fear
COVID-19 is much more dangerous to "mental health" than "physical health".
Covid-19 or Coronavirus is a pandemic everyone in this world is facing. In this pandemic, we are suffering from health as well as wealth issues.
As per me, I think the Coronavirus is nothing but fear in humans, we humans are scarred by seeing the number of patients and number of deaths. India is a densely populated country with over 135 crore population. Every day 1000 people die due to cancer, dengue, and many more deadliest diseases, but why the corona is getting much more attention? So the answer is corona is a virus, which transmits very fast from one person to another, but the Coronavirus can be recovered.
Currently, India has 16 lakh + patients among these 16 lakh, above 10 lakh patients are successfully recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic. But we people are getting panic just by seeing numbers in media. This is a total game of fear, media moreover concentrate on the total number of patients from the very " first " patient to the date.
I think Corona is more fearful than the disease.
We can get recover, but we need to show positivity.
Being fear is not the solution of the Coronavirus, when we say "live with the virus" it means to get to routine with precautions. Now we are moving towards unlocking, markets are opening, but we still have fear in our mind, this is going to affect our mental health and economy though.
Our suggestions -
Firstly I suggest not watching media reports regarding COVID-19. Just visit world stats from the internet and take a glance of recovered patients.
As we see a total of 35 k + deaths in India due to COVID-19 up to the date.
So those People had some or other health issues or they scared. Many people died due to a heart attack after getting positive. Manier committed suicide. This shows us the Coronavirus is more fear than the disease.
We should fight against viruses..not getting sacred because of the virus. This pandemic will go one day, but till then we should keep it in our daily life.
Precautions to be taken.
1) maintain social distancing
2) avoid going in crowed and public places unnecessarily
3) use moreover technology for meeting rather than physical gathering
4) keep washing your hands within a period.
Corona has some positive impacts on our daily lives also..
Positive impacts of COVID-19
1) we started adapting technology, instead of going on the place for meetings, which reduces time and more people can join.
2) the importance of family, in this situation, during the lockdown we all set at home spending time with family gave us a healthy atmosphere and stress-free time from daily work.
3) break on outside food - firstly we used to go out many times for eating, but this lockdown showed us that by sitting home we can enjoy those dishes tough.
4) pollution control - as we all know pollution is the biggest problem we are facing in this generation. Due to this lockdown, the ozone layer is healing itself .and the pollution level is also getting control as compared to earlier stats.
What is the solution for Covid-19?
Covid-19 affects also our mental health with physical health, so we are aware and take care of our mental health with physical health.
As per me, lockdown is not the solution for COVID -19 .we started lockdown when there were below 100 patients, now we have 16lakh+ patients and we are moving towards unlock.
Lockdown will only lead to economic. Downfall.
Now many small businesses or big businesses are going through a tough time, we are going from the unlock phase but still, fear is there. And the maximum population in India is middle class, many had lost their jobs, many are mentally not prepared for work.
I think the government should help those middle-class people, then they will go out for purchasing and this will run the economic chain again.
So here we request you to share this article as much as possible. And please don't get panic.
